We have added new features to Boffin FX’s Web site. You can now like products and unlock special offers and message to inquire about or get support for products and receive custom discounts.
How to Use the Like Feature
Log in or create an account at boffinfx.com
Find a product on the product page
Click the heart on the product image
A popup window will appear displaying the discount.
Click the “Add to Cart Now” button to add to cart.
Or go to My Account and the special offer will be listed under “My Special Offers” where you can add to cart.
All liked products are located in My Account under “Liked Products”
How to Use the Message Seller feature
Go to any product page.
Click the Message Seller button.
A popup will appear with a message form.
Click send and Boffin FX will respond to you request.
We can send custom offers through the messaging system. We can send custom offers for quantity, price and shipping.
Direct offers are found in My Account under “My Special Offers”
All direct offers can be added to the cart from My Account
In My Account all messages are found under “Messages.”
A chat feature is available in My Account under messages.
Find a product message and click “View Chat” for the chat to appear.
Click “Back to Inbox” to go back to message list.
