ABOUT 2FA
We have added Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for logging into Boffin FX. We are doing this to increase security on the site.
You will need to receive a One-time Code via 2FA App (TOTP) or email (HOTP) in order to login to the site.
Backup codes are available as a secondary method which you can use to log in to the website in case the primary 2FA method is unavailable. Therefore they can’t be enabled and used as a primary method.
All users will be required to use 2FA.
Site users will have a 10 days grace period to configure 2FA upon receiving notice of needing to configure 2FA at login. Any user that does not configure 2FA after the 10 day grace period will have their account locked. Any locked account will need to contact Boffin fX to have their account unlocked manually.
