All Boffin FX effects pedals are subject to a 1 year (12 months) full service warranty from date of purchase for any repairs. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any issues with you effect pedal. We will repair the pedal at no cost and pay for the shipping. Guaranteed.

Effects Pedal Product Warranty

1. Limited Warranty Coverage
Boffin FX warrants to the original purchaser that its guitar effects pedals (collectively, the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of One (1) year from the date of original purchase (the “Warranty Period”). 3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling, including but not limited to exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or physical impact.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or attempts to open the Product.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or through second-hand transactions.
- Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Damage caused by use with incompatible equipment or failure to follow provided instructions.
- Any software or firmware issues that can be resolved through updates provided by Boffin FX.
4. Remedies
If a defect covered by this warranty is reported during the Warranty Period, Boffin FX will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective Product at no cost to the purchaser, using new or refurbished parts.
- Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished equivalent.
- Refund the original purchase price, provided the Product is returned in its original condition (excluding normal wear and tear).
